Wollongong based-Alesia Graf has claimed the WBU and WBF Women's Super Bantamweight titles with a 5th round TKO victory over Thai, Jubjang Lookmakarmwan at the Fraternity Club in Wollongong overnight.
Graf didn't drop a round in a fight where she simply outclassed her opponent, delivering a range of combinations.
After the fight promoter and Graf's trainer-Lee Murray told ABC local, "She's in the driver's seat now - she has the power to approach people and not wait for people to approach her."
In the co-feature bout Alex Ahtong stopped Sydney-based Ariel Omongos at 2:55 of the second round in their scheduled 6 round Welterweight clash.
In the opening professional fight-Brad Veigel recorded a 4 round unanimous points decision win over Jacques Hendrisson with the judges scoring it (40-36, 40-36, 39-37).
On the amateur card, Wollongong’s Michael Aaty won on a split points decision over Warrawong’s Jake Jackson in their 60kg contest.
